まずは、前回第11回折紙探偵団関西友の会オンライン例会にご参加いただき、ありがとうございました。
さて、第12回ですが、当初8月7日と予定しており、『折紙探偵団』誌にも予定を掲載していただきましたが、中止することとなりました。
理由は、オンライン担当の私、立石の本業が多忙すぎ、講師への連絡、仮に立石に何かあった場合の代替ホストの手配などをすることなどをしている余裕が全く無くなり、ここ当分責任を持ってオンライン例会を運営していける見込みが無くなったためです。
突然このようなことになり、申し訳御座いません。
現在、12月辺りを目標に、対面での例会を再開するべく動いております。こちらにつきましては、また確定いたしましたら、こちらでお知らせ致します。ただし、こちらをオンラインで中継、配信となると、機材面など検討すべき事項もあり、なおかつ、立石が参加出来る可能性も低く、配信などを保証出来る状態では御座いません。ご了承下さい。
去る４月３日、勝田恭平さんを講師にお迎えして、第１０回のオンライン例会を開催致しました。年度替わりですのでこじんまりとした例会になりましたが、予定されていた講習作品｢ゾウ」を皆さん早く終えられましたので、追加で｢ヒツジ」の講習もしていただきました。

去る２月６日にZoomで開催されました、第９回オンライン例会は、川村みゆきさんを講師にお迎えして、ユニット作品「ハスカイ」の講習をしていただきました。
アンケート結果でも皆さんお楽しみだったようで、良かったと思います。
当日作品をご紹介いただきました中から写真を２つご紹介致します。藤本幸子さんの「虎」と佐々木蒼昊さんの「リオレウス」です。
参加者同士のやり取りがもっとあるといい、というアンケートでのご意見がありました。例会で何をするのが一番良いか、という話かと思いますし、そりゃそうでしょう、と思います。ランダムにブレークアウトルームを作ってお話いただいてもあれですし、予算的に２つのZoomの部屋を駆使して、というのも出来ませんので、複数の方が管理していらっしゃる集まりならともかく、現在の管理人一名の状態では難しいところです。

始めに、前回のアンケートにありました質問へのお答えから致します。このようなご意見がありました。「折角オンラインで参加していてビデオをオフにしているのだったら、録画を見るのと変わらない。」ですので、何故、このご意見が正当ではないか、からご説明致します。
「録画を見るのと変わらない。」というのは、「録画が公開されている。」というのが前提で初めて成り立つ話です。ところが、今回のようなオンラインミーティングでは、基本的に講師の方に、「例会当日に」お教え頂くことを前提でそもそも講師の方にご依頼しております。
そこを曲げるのであれば、今度はすべて録画ですれば良いじゃないか、となります。しかし、講師の方も我々もそこで出た疑問や難しいところにお答えすることは、物理的に出来ません。基本的のこの種のオンライン例会は、主催している方、講師の方は完全にボランティアで、日本折紙学会の支援を受けて行っています。当日のその時間帯以外での対応は、出来ません。そんなことを言っても、一旦録画が公開となれば、人はそれに対して質問をしてしまうものだと思います。そうなると、不満が溜まります。
そうなると、必然的に、基本はオンラインリアルタイム、そこで出た質問には答える、という方式しかあり得なくなります。録画は、リアルタイムの例会があってはじめて成り立つわけです。リアルタイムの例会をして、さらに録画があって、それの対応をして、となると、ボランティアの負担が何倍にも増えます。コンベンションのような、それに特化した収益をある程度前提としている、そうなるとある程度のきめ細かな対応が必要となる、そのようなイベントとは訳が違います。
ましてや、今の状況では、どこの例会も実際動いているのは居て数名です。関西は私一人が日本折紙学会と山口真さんに色々とお助けいただいてやっています。無理です。
ビデオオンオフの問題も、リッチな回線状況の人、良いカメラをお持ちの方は問題無いでしょうけれど、私は職業として大学の教員をしていて、今回のコロナ禍で色々な状況の学生さんを見てきましたが、世の中そんな全員が右へ倣えでオンラインへの体勢を整えている状況ではありません。それに合わせて授業の運営をしている立場から正直な話を言うと、「お前ら全員ビデオをオンにしろ。」は、一種の暴力だと思います。そのぐらい買え、じゃあお金出してくれるんですか、ということだろうかと認識しています。
そのようなことですので、少なくとも関西友の会では、ビデオオンを強要することは致しませんし、対応仕切れませんので、録画は金輪際公開する意思はありません。他の地域の例会について私がどうこう言う立場ではありませんが、このようなことで基本的には録画の公開は例会についてはするべきではないと個人的には思います。下にも書いてあるとおり、エントリーレベルである例会は本当に「お気軽に」ご参加いただかないといけませんので。

本日（12月19日）萩原 元さんの「サンタクロース」の講習を含む、例会を無事開催いたしました。
Today (Dec. 19, 2021), we held the 8th Origami Tanteidan Kansai Online Meeting, in which Hagiwara Gen taught his “Santa Claus”.
非常に良く出来た作品でしたので大きなトラブルもなく全員が元々予定していたサンタを折り上げ、萩原さんのご厚意で簡単なサンタをもう1作講習していただきました。
As the model was so well-planned, everyone folded up the first Santa, so Hagiwara-san kindly taught us another simpler Santa Claus model.

９月５日に開催しました第７回オンライン例会、無事終了いたしました。参加者はいつもより少なめでしたが、なかなかの難易度の稲吉さんの「イカ」を皆さん無事に折り終えました。
アンケートでも、「大変だったけれど折れて嬉しい！」といったご意見が多かったです。ありがとうございました。

前回、第６回例会は、川井 千世さんに講師をお願いして、６月１３日に開かれました。
作品は、Carmen Sprungさん作の、
Stern Franziska (6枚ユニット Modular with 6 sheets)
Felix (7枚ユニット Modular with 7 sheets)
の２点。どちらも大変分かりやすい講習で、皆さん大体折り終えていらしたようで、アンケートの反応も上々でした。

アンケートを見ると、この数値が気になりました。
恐らくは、リピーターとまったく入ってこない人に二分されている、ということなのでしょう。実際に会えないということで、新しい形をリクルートするのが非常に難しいのですが、これからの課題ですね。
